How do I make a room reservation?

The normal/peak/holiday are subject to the hotel's definition. Please refer to the official reservation system for the actual price, which includes tax and service charges.

I would like to change/cancel my reservation made through another platform.

For any requests or inquiries regarding orders completed on other booking websites, please contact the customer service of that platform for assistance.

I have already booked a room on the official website, what should I do if I want to change the date or room type?

If you need to change your room date after confirming your reservation online, please cancel directly from the website and then rebook. No manual or online reservation date change service available for online reservations.

Information on additional charges for extra guests

All room types do not provide extra bed services. If there are more than two guests staying, an additional fee of $800 will be charged, which includes breakfast and amenities.

Cancellation fees for reservations

After confirming your online reservation, if you need to cancel, please do so online at least 7 days before your check-in date to receive a full refund of your deposit.

(For special holidays, cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund; special holiday policies will be announced on the official website.)
